Workshops

A Juggling Kindness workshop is part circus skills session, part conversation. You don't need to know how to juggle. You just need to show up.

A Juggling Kindness workshop in progress

What happens in a session

We start with juggling. Everyone gets props — balls, scarves, whatever suits the group — and we learn together. Beginners welcome, always.

Then, as hands get busy and the room relaxes, we start talking. Facilitated conversations about kindness: what it looks like, what gets in the way of it, and what the world might look like with more of it.

Sessions typically run 2–3 hours and can be adapted for schools, community groups, workplaces, and events.

Who is it for?

Anyone. Schools, community organisations, workplaces, festivals. If you want a session that leaves people feeling something, get in touch.
